Occupy the (early) Classroom

In today's op-ed column, Nicholas Kristoff argues that if we are serious about ending socio-economic inequality, we should expand early childhood education, where educational disparity, a major cause of economic disparity, first shows up.  This point suggests that in planning service activites in schools, Sewanee might do well to focus on first things first: early childhood, pre-kindergarten, programs.  See what you think: Occupy the Classroom.
